Return Policy

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products purchased through our App. To that end, we have a Return Policy in place that allows you to return a product if it is damaged, defective, significantly different from what was purchased, or missing one or more products or accessories. We kindly request you to read the Return Policy in conjunction with any specific terms and conditions applicable to a product, which can be found on the product descriptions page for returning a product. To return any product sold through our App, we request you to comply with the below-mentioned conditions: - The return has to comply with the Return Policy associated with the product category. - You should notify us of the receipt of a damaged or defective product, or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, within the period mentioned in the returns policy. - Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the labels, packing, and original packaging defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, we may not be able to accept the return and may send the product back to you. - The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged to avoid any damage during transit. - The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by the sellers selling on our App to determine the legitimacy of the complaint or return. In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order and is eligible for return as described by our Return Policy, we kindly request you to get in touch with our Customer Care Team through any of the below-mentioned channels or submit a return request online (if such facility is available) as per the Returns Policy. Upon receiving your return request, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request, and if the request is genuine, we will initiate a refund upon receipt and quality check of the returned product. It may take a minimum of [ 4-6] business hours to process your request for the return of products. Please refer to the "Know More" section of the product information page for the Period of Return, i.e. the period within which a product delivered can be returned by the Buyer subject to the other terms and conditions of the Return Policy contained hereunder. If you wish to cancel a return request, you may contact Customer Service. In case the Delivery Executive arrives to receive the shipment and you want to cancel the request, you may choose to inform the Delivery Executive that you do not wish to return the product. You will receive an email or SMS notification at the email address or mobile number provided to us, cancelling your return request. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request and may not be able to refund the payment made or any costs if the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy. We kindly request you not to dispute our decision and accept our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation and further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation. Lastly, we kindly request you not to make frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products. In the event of such complaints or requests, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.
